Product Introduction
Boiling drying, also known as fluidized bed, is composed of an air filter, heater, boiling bed host, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan, and control panel. Due to the different properties of the drying materials, when matching dust removal equipment, it can be considered as needed. Both cyclone separator and bag filter can be selected simultaneously, or one of them can be selected. Generally speaking, for drying materials with a high specific gravity such as granules and granular materials, only cyclone separator is needed. For small granular and powdery materials with a low specific gravity, bag filter is required, and pneumatic feeding device and leather belt conveyor are available for selection.
The granular solid material is fed into the fluidized bed dryer by a feeder, and the filtered clean air is heated and sent to the bottom of the fluidized bed by a blower to come into contact with the solid material through a distribution plate, forming fluidization and achieving gas-solid heat and mass exchange. After the material is dried, it is discharged from the discharge port, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed through the cyclone dust collector group and bag filter to recover solid powder and then discharged.
Steam, electric, and hot air stoves can all be equipped (according to user requirements).
Working principle
Clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is boiled by the hot air. Due to the extensive contact between hot air and materials, the process of heat and mass transfer is enhanced, so it can be dried in a relatively short time. If using a continuous type, the material enters from one end of the bed, undergoes boiling and drying for several seconds to minutes, and automatically flows out from the other end of the bed. This device generally operates under negative pressure.
Adapt to materials
Drying operations for pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, food, grain processing, and feed. For example, drying and dehumidification of raw materials, tablet granules, traditional Chinese medicine granules, health foods, beverage granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resins, citric acid, and other powdered materials. The applicable material particle size is generally 0.1-6mm, and the optimal particle size is 0.5-3mm.

Each device should be placed flat, fixed with foot screws, and all components should be well sealed.
The fan can be placed outdoors or in a self built soundproof room. The layout can be adjusted according to specific circumstances.
